Sale Items purchased are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.

With the exception of sale products, we accept items in new condition with the original tags and hygiene strip attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

Should you receive a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours.

Return requests for all domestic orders must be submitted through our Return Portal . After submitting your request, you will receive instructions and any necessary shipping documents if applicable. All domestic returns will have a $10 deductible fee for the return label provided (excluding store credit). 

At this time, our returns portal only supports domestic returns. If you are an international customer, please email customercare@gigicbikinis.com to submit your return request. Please include your order #, the items you’d like to return, the return reason for each item, and the return type (E.G. Refund, exchange, store credit).

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and the exchange, store credit, and refund will be issued.

Will I need to pay for return shipping?

  • Shipping fees are only covered for products that are damaged or shipped incorrectly. 
  • If you have received a return shipping label, please send your item(s) back within 2 weeks from receiving your return shipping label or your return shipping label will become invalid.
